The class will include a gentle warm up and basic poses to move the body, then will move into a guided relfection and mindset exercises. In this class you will reflect on your upcoming goals or projects, learn practical tools to stay motivated and receive a guided worksheet to help apply techniques into every day life. This class is open to all levels, to anyone looking to reset, refocus and start the spring season with new intention and to those who are interested in combining movement, mindset and personal development.
