While using the sideline method or face down with pregnancy pillows, the Registered Massage Therapist will focus on the specific needs of the mother-to-be, to enhance the function of muscles and joints. Improve circulation and general body tone as well as relieve mental and physical fatique

Prenatal Massage Therapy

By combining Swedish Massage with heated volcanic stones to increase circulation and cold stones to stimulate the senses, this treatment encourages relaxation and helps decrease muscles pain and tension.

Infant Massage

Looking for something more than a massage? Are you looking to change the way your body functions? This initial assessment and treatment plan is individually designed. This appointment is the first of an agreed upon treatment plan. Each plan is created just for you. The treatments are not designed on length of time but sessions needed to help you achieve your optimal function. 
These treatment plans will include regular communication via email or text (your choice) to follow up on home care and answer any questions.
